COP26 Glasgow
Debut edition of intercity EV Rally was organised parallel of COP26 United Nations Climate Change Conference 2021 being organised at Glasgow, Scotland. Popularly known as #EVROS started from Glasgow flagged by celebrity racer Nicolas Hamilton and finished its 5 days journey at Western Commercial Circle, Glasgow. It wasn’t just an EV Rally but also organised highly-interactive event, that engaged hundreds-of-thousands of people, across multiple demographics, class and through social media platforms to talk about Climate Goals.
Team Polestar & Team Stellantis of EVROS covered 1028 miles across Scotland in 5 days on an overall average speed of 34.75mph in a total driving tenure of 30hrs 19mins with 13 charging sessions; spending plugged-in for 7hrs 09mins 25secs to consume 308.51kWh energy in 16+ EVs.
